You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero is an incredibly good book! I think of it as Think and Grow Rich written by a female Millennial.

Here are some thoughts and notes from the book:

Here is what Jen writes about Think and Grow Rich in her list of recommended books.

"This is the other contender for the "Best Wealth Consciousness Book Ever," and another old-timey one. I forgot to mention that Wallace Wattle's book is old-timey too, but hello, look at the guy's name. Anyway, Napoleon Hill interviewed the most successful businessmen at the time to gather the information for this incredible how-to-guide. I read this book over and over, too. It's very to the point, a total ass-kicker, and breaks everything down into simple, easy-to-follow instructions. Do what he says (and really do all of it) and you will be large and in charge."

Would weekly one-on-one video coaching by a Napoleon Hill Foundation Certified Instructor help you stay accountable to, and achieve, your life's purpose and goals faster than what you are currently doing? For details, and to schedule a free 1 hour video meeting, click HERE

"Comparison is the fastest way to take all the fun out of life"

"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve." What if you read this each time you made a phone call, or texted, or received a call? Imagine the possibilities of auto-suggesting this into your mind hundreds of times per day.

"...deciding that someone else's uniqueness is better than your own isn't exactly being your own best buddy about things"

"Done is better than perfect"

"Ever notice that whenever you ask someone how they're doing about 99 percent of the time they say something like "Good. Really busy, but good." "Busy" has become the new "Fine, thanks." I mean, where's the fun in that? What kind of message does that send out to the world and ourselves?"

"Most answers reveal themselves through doing, not thinking"

"You are responsible for what you say and do. You are not responsible for whether or not people freak out about it"

"Most people are living in an illusion based on someone else's beliefs"

"Our entire experience on this planet is determined by how we choose to perceive our reality"

"We are so unbelievably blessed to have all the things we have, all the opportunities and ideas and people and tasks and interests and experiences and responsibilities - choosing to freak out about it all, rather than enjoying the living of our lives is like throwing pearls before swine. Such a waste of such a glorious gift"

"The majority of the pain and suffering in our lives is caused by the unnecessary drama that we create"
