Don Green, Executive Director of The Napoleon Hill Foundation, was interviewed by my great friend, Phil R. Taylor on his Goal Achievers BlogTalkradio show.
Phil has interviewed MANY great speakers and authors including all the speakers from the Napoleon Hill International Convention held in March 2012. I was included in one of those interviews in October 2011.
I had the privilege of spending 2 weeks with him during the Convention and the tour that was part of the trip. Generally I think about Don's title when I think about him. In Malaysia I learned about his ideas, philosophies and history. Now I genuinely respect the title he has but also the person he is.
Don has a new book coming out soon. I got to hear a little about it in Malaysia and I will be one of the firs purchasers of the book, as I usually am with any Napoleon Hill Foundation authorized publication.
A resident of Wise, Virginia, the birthplace of Napoleon Hill, Don brings nearly 45 years of banking, finance, and entrepreneurship experience to his role as Executive Director of the Napoleon Hill Foundation.
His first youthful business venture was charging admission to see his pet bear—yes, the living, growling kind! Since 2000, Green has traveled worldwide and used his finance skills to grow the Foundation’s funds in order to continue the Foundation’s educational outreach to prisons.
Green has both modeled leadership skills as a CEO and taught them through the PMA Science of Success course at the University of Virginia’s College at Wise.
Don specializes in discussing his personal experiences in leadership and providing audiences with proven methods of applying Dr. Hill’s success philosophy to business. He was recently featured in a presentation on the Importance of Entrepreneurship in a National Economy by Dr. Peter Yun at a United Nations Forum.
