The Happiness Planner is a planner that focuses on happiness, positive thinking, mindfulness, gratitude, self-awareness, and self-development.
It is designed to help you welcome more positivity, joy, and happiness into your life and become a happier and more positive person as a result.
This edition is an undated 100-day planner which makes it a perfect length to reap a new habit, a lifestyle change, or an attitude shift.
We believe that in order to make an effective improvement and change in our life, we need to self-reflect periodically and track our progress as we go along. Hence, our Planner comes with 100 daily pages instead of 365.

- Set goals for improvement
HOW TO USE THE HAPPINESS PLANNER
TIME-MANAGEMENT GOALS
There are 24 hours in a day and 168 hours in a week. Sometimes we spend too much or too little time at work and spend too much or too little time with the people we care in our lives and on our hobbies. Whatever it may be to you that you want to spend more time with or cut back on time, set your weekly goals here so that it becomes a reminder for you for the rest of the week. By thinking about your life and what you want and writing your goals down, you are already one step closer to achieving them.
Examples for what you could fill in :
FINANCIAL GOALS
We all have bills to pay, dreams to achieve, and desires to be fulfilled. One of the keys to living a happy and successful life is good financial management. You don't need to track all of our expenses and incomes, however, you should set financial goals each week that you want to achieve. Whether it be saving for a vacation, a house, or a car, OR changing your spending habit by shopping less, setting goals - from one small step to another - and reviewing them regularly will help you achieve the habit change and eventually reach your financial goals.
Examples for what you could fill in :
WORK GOALS
Work takes up the majority of our time. Most of what we have to do on a weekly and daily basis is work. Setting work goals will help you focus and make sure that you get what you need done for the week. Failing to follow through with your work goals might result in missing deadlines and losing your focus as you can get distracted by other things.
Examples for what you could fill in :
PERSONAL GOALS
A lot of time we are caught up in work that we forget to pay attention to the most important thing of all which is our body, health, and mind. Work takes up a lot of our time already. The only way to keep a balanced life is to have a good personal life and do something that fulfills you personally. From taking some time after work and on the weekend to do some exercises and engage in your hobbies to eating healthy, it is crucial that you set some personal goals so that you don't let yourself get carried away with work and can keep yourself healthy, happy, and balanced.
Examples for what you could fill in :
REWARDS
Besides our good health, achievements at work, the fulfillment we get from being able to achieve the goals we set for ourselves, we can also set rewards or incentives so that we become even more motivated to achieve the goals. The rewards are linked to your work and personal goals. So set separate rewards for the two separate goals.
