Jessica Dumas is the owner and founder of Prime Image Life Coaching and Chair of the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce. She is also a fan of Napoleon Hill and his books Think and Grow Rich and Law of Success.

She is certified as a Life Coach with the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF). Their Founder, Derrick Sweet, is a friend of mine and an amazing guy.

Jessica's passion in personal and professional development coaching is to motivate others to reach their higher potential through natural gifts and personal vision. Her wisdom has been gained in overcoming the hardship and tragedy she has experienced in her own life and in turn, choses to advocate and promote the understanding of the current and historical matters of the Aboriginal community. She is a professional and powerful role model to all women.

Jessica has over 15 years of delivering superior customer service, and several years demonstrating program management skills, facilitating youth and adult programming, where she developed and implemented community programs from the ground up. She has experience in hiring, managing and mentoring staff, event planning for galas, conferences and community awareness activities. She has lead the development of a restorative justice program in several First Nations in Manitoba, building relationships between the RCMP, Winnipeg Police Service, Community Circuit Courts and Aboriginal communities, and understands the importance of valuing each of these relationships.

Jessica is a passionate leader and demonstrates all qualities of great leadership. She is currently serving her first year as Chair of the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce, where she has been a member since the spring of 2012. Jessica also commits her time to membership in committees that promote success, sustainability and innovation such as the Winnipeg Chamber’s Human Resource Leadership Council, Excellence in Aboriginal Business Leadership Award Selection Committee, the CentrePort Advisory Committee and most recently the Mayors Indigenous Advisory Circle.

Jessica demonstrates an exemplary interest and of current sales and marketing practices and online business advertising, strong management skills, excellent communication and analytical skills and proves to be a lifelong learner with the ability to learn information quickly and remain on her feet under pressure. She has three sons, Ethan, James and Rylan.
