Paul Blanchard is the President of the The Og Mandino Group. Brad Szollose and Chuck Bolena interviewed him for Journey To Success Radio.
Paul Blanchard is the President of the The Og Mandino Group and acting Director of The Og Mandino Leadership Institute. Paul used real estate investing to launch into entrepreneurship in 2006 and has spent the last 11 years as a professional speaker, corporate trainer, business leader and coach.
A major highlight in his journey was the invitation to join the iconic Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric, in building one of the top Executive MBA programs in the world. Paul was responsible for growing the program by over 40% year over year at a time when most MBA’s were shrinking or evening closing their doors.
His next chapter in life was accepting an invitation from his father in 2014 to return from the east coast and partner with him in carrying the principles of Og Mandino and Intentional Creation into the 21st Century. Paul has an insatiable passion to work with others as they embark on their journey toward their dreams. He has had incredible triumphs and crushing defeats in life, each one giving him great insight into what actually works and what doesn’t.
With diverse experience and proprietary principles and tools, Paul offers significant insight, guidance, and impact to your personal, business and organizational journey.
I have taken, and am a fan of, the Intentional Creation assessment developed by The Og Mandino Group.
"In fifteen minutes you will know where to focus your time, energy and resources to create ever-increasing levels of ability to handle ever-increasing levels of responsibility, with ever-increasing levels of ease."
The Greatest Salesman in the World is a tiny book, and it is a treasure. First published in 1968, Og Mandino's classic remains an invaluable guide to a philosophy of salesmanship. Mandino's clear, simple writing style supports his purpose: to make the principles of sales known to a wide audience. A parable set in the time just prior to Christianity, The Greatest Salesman in the World weaves mythology with spirituality into a much needed message of inspiration in this culture of self-promotion. Mandino believes that to be a good salesperson, you must believe in yourself and the work you are doing. It is a simple but profound spiritual philosophy about how to succeed in the world's marketplace, easily understood and easy to take to heart. --Jodie Buller
