The Founder & CEO is Tony DiRico. For more than 5 years, he has lead successful initiatives for companies in a wide variety of industries from hospitality including clubs & timeshare, C-store, real estate, restaurant, software, energy, healthcare, education, pharmacy, manufacturing, retail, foodservice, food production, financial, associations, governmental agencies and others, to maximize the performance of their “Human Resources”. In doing so he has developed and trained an International network of consultants.
In his previous career, Tony was a hospitality executive with over 35 years of experience, having held positions such as Vice President, President, COO and CEO with private and public companies responsible for Operations, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Development, Food and Beverage, Education & Training, Revenue Management and Quality Assurance services for as many as 5,000 hotels in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.

Prior to Tom’s distinguished 25-year trajectory as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies, as well as franchises and small businesses, Tom began his career with McDonald’s Corporation. At McDonald’s, he soon became a senior-level marketing executive under the legendary Ray Kroc, who taught him the fundamentals of neighborhood marketing. Tom later served as a marketing executive at Burger King, and a senior VP for Bozell, an international multi-billion dollar advertising agency. He also owned a highly successful 16-store restaurant franchise.
Dr. Nate Booth
For over thirty years, Dr. Nate Booth has been relentlessly studying, applying, and coaching others in the art of thriving in times of rapid change. Nate received his DDS degree from the University of Nebraska in 1971 and was in private dental practice for eight years.
In 1983, he decided to switch careers and earned a master’s degree in counseling. His first two best-selling books, Thriving on Change: The Art of Utilizing Change to Your Advantage and The Diamond Touch: How to Get What You Want By Giving People What They Uniquely Desire, contain compelling personal and business success strategies for a world playing a new game with a different set of rules.
