I was intrigued with his OnTouch and OnTarget products because I love sales and am a BIG believer in using a formal CRM (Client Relationship Management) system. It is one of the most important things a salesperson can do for their career in sales.
I have used MANY CRM systems in my 25 years of sales including ACT, Goldmine, Salesforce, Ace of Sales (a Gitomer product), and numerous others that I cannot remember.
